4) Sayyid Dynasty (1414-1451)
- 1. Khizr Khan [1414 - 1421]:-
- He was the Governor of Multan. Khizr Khan invaded in Delhi and defeated Tughlaq Dynasty in 1414, and founded Sayyid Dynasty.
- He ruled as a deputy of Shah Rukh who was the son and successor of Timur.
- He made the coins in the name of Timur and Shah Rukh.
- Khizr khan died in 1421 by illness .
- 2. Mubarak Shah [1421–1434 ]:-
- He was successor and son of Khizr Khan.
- He suppressed the rebellion at Bhatinda and Doab.
- Bahlul Lodi dominated
everything who was a Noble of Sayyid Dynasty.
- He appointed the Hindu Nobles in the court of Delhi.
- He constructed a city "Mubarakbad" on the banks of Jamuna river.
- 3. Muhammad Shah [ 1434 - 1445 ]:-
- Muhammad Shah was the nephew of the Mubarak Shah. He succeeded the throne after Mubarak Shah.
- He defeated the ruler of Malwa.
- Bahlul Lodi the governor of Lahore, helped Muhammad Shah to capture Malwa. So, Muhammad Shah gave a title "Khan - i- Khanan" to the Bahlul Lodi.
- 4. Alam Shah (Ala-ud-din)[1445-1451]:-
- Allauddin Shah succeeded the throne after Muhammad Shah.
- He gave whole charge of King to Bahlul Lodi and went from Delhi to Baduan. That was the
end of Sayyid Dynasty and starting of Lodi Dynasty.
